概要

　近年、コロナウイルスの蔓延などの影響で世界各地でテレワークやオンライン授業が促進されており、我々が日常的に行うVDT 作業は増加傾向にある。しかしながら、様々な調査でVDT 作業による集中度低下の問題が指摘されており、作業の効率化の面でこれを無視することはできない。この問題への対処としては、集中度が低下したVDT 作業者の聴覚や視覚などに刺激を与えて集中度低下を通知することで、集中を取り戻してもらうといった方法があげられる。本論文では、通知方法の中でも特に聴覚による通知に焦点を当て、どのような通知音を用いればより効果的にVDT 作業者が集中を取り戻すことができるかを、快・不快度での分類により考察する。

　In recent years, the spread of COVID-19 has promoted telework and online classes around the world, and the amount of VDT work we perform on a daily basis is on the rise. However, various surveys have pointed out the problem of reduced concentration caused by VDT work, and this cannot be ignored in terms of improving work efficiency. One way to address this problem is to notify VDT workers of their reduced concentration by stimulating their auditory or visual senses to help them regain their concentration. This paper focuses on auditory notifications in particular, and examines what kind of notification sounds can be used to more effectively help VDT workers regain their concentration by classifying them by discomfort level.
